Hello my name is Charles Riley, owner of Advantage One
Communications. I have been servicing the communication needs
of Texans since 1968, and have had the opportunity to be
trained in, and worked in most all fields related to
communication business.
In September of 2000, I retired from Lucent Technologies as a
system engineer with 32 years and two days. I then was
immediately hired by Avaya Communications for the next three
years. Finally in June of 2004 I started Advantage One
Communications and simply love dealing with the public and
providing services to those who need it.
We have doubled in size every year since. As always Advantage
One Communications only goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

All technicians that do work for advantage one have similar
backgrounds as myself so the average experience of each
technicians is 30 years or more.
